2. Roles in Data Processing

Clinic as Controller: The Clinic is responsible for the personal data of its patients.
PatientBack as Processor: We process patient data (names, phone numbers, appointment times) solely to provide the services requested by the Clinic.

3. Information We Collect

From Clinics: Account information (email, billing details).
From Patients (via Clinic): We receive names and phone numbers to send automated reminders. We do not use this data for our own marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-leading technical and organizational measures to protect your data. To deliver appointment reminders and notifications, we use WhatsApp, Telegram, and SMS — widely trusted communication channels. Data transmitted through these platforms is subject to their respective security protocols. We minimize the information we transmit and never share medical records through third-party channels.

5. Data Retention

We store patient data only as long as necessary to provide the services to the Clinic or as required by law. The Clinic can request data deletion at any time.

6. Data Storage and Transfer

Personal data is stored on secure servers in compliance with applicable personal data protection laws. Personal data is not transferred to third parties.
